REMOVAL

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

CAUTION:

Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to disable the SRS system.

NOTICE:

When disconnecting the cable some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected INTRODUCTION: REPAIR INSTRUCTION: INITIALIZATION (2008 Sequoia) .

2. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY RH

(a) for Manual Seat:

Remove the front seat RH SEAT: FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Manual Seat): REMOVAL (2008 Sequoia) .

(b) for Power Seat:

Remove the front seat RH SEAT: FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Power Seat): REMOVAL (2008 Sequoia) .

3. REMOVE AUDIO AMPLIFIER COVER



(a) Disengage the 3 clips and remove the cover.

4. REMOVE STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY



(a) Disconnect the 4 connectors.

(b) Remove the 3 bolts and amplifier.
